License Agreements

Please read carefully and print this License Agreement between the end user (You) and Pearl and Peg. This is a legal agreement and by downloading the Laser Digital Design, you are agreeing to the terms listed in this license.

This Graphic is protected by intellectual property laws and cannot be reproduced, sold, transfers, given away or otherwise distributed. Upon full payment, you will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable use of this SVG Graphic for (1) user for up to three (3) devices.

Please use the files as sent, I can’t guarantee the files performance if it’s altered or changed in any way. I’ve tested each file prior to listing.

You Can:
•Make physical products and offer them for sale as a finished ‘end product’. 

You Cannot:
•Distribute files in any manner. (offer for free, trade, gift, or sell)
•Allow more than one user to have access to the file.
•Use products in an app which can be downloaded to a mobile device.
•Make digital products and offer them for sale. Including but not limited to: JPG, EPS, GIF, PNG, SVG, logos, marketing materials, fonts, embroidery designs, etc.
•Use or upload the designs to a print on demand website.
•Make anything that is not a finished 'end product'. Including but not limited to unfinished blanks, project packs, etc.
•Alter the design in any way and claim as your own work.
•Break the design up and use as part of a new design.
•Use it on webpages without a watermark.
•Send to 3rd Party Manufacturers

Termination:
Pearl and Peg has the right to terminate this license agreement at any time if you do not comply with any of the EULA. Upon termination the user (you) must destroy any copies of the design you have and cease selling any end products.

Ownership:
The design’s copyright belongs to Pearl and Peg and by purchasing this license it does not transfer the copyright to you the ‘end user’, it allows you to use it in the manner stated in this agreement.  

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES may you share or sell my files/designs in anyway, but please feel free to sell finished 'end products' you’ve made with the design.

While I welcome other designers to purchase and sell physical items of my products, I don’t allow for finished physical items to be sold and coexist with digital files created by the same seller. This restriction applies to all stores owned by the seller.

Definitions:

• Finished 'End Product' is defined as a product that has been painted/stained/cut engraved with added jewelry findings.
• Blank is defined as any product that is only cut and engraved where any finishing touches have to be added by someone other than you the design purchaser.
